How to Apply: 1. Submit the applicable Tuition Assistance Application Fee. Applications CANNOT be evaluated without payment of this non-refundable fee. To submit your Application Fee, please click on the following link: Pay Application Fee. 2. Complete a FACTS Tuition Aid application by simply logging onto http://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3FLN5 3. Please upload all requested documentation including your 2022 Federal Tax return. If your 2022 Tax Return(s) are not available, submit your 2021 Tax Returns AND 2022 W-2s. Applications will NOT be reviewed unless all the requested documentation has been submitted. Also please submit all relevant documents that reflect any recent changes to your employment and financial status, including unemployment paperwork and letters from employers. If you are a business owner who has applied for SBA loans or debt relief, please upload documentation showing your Paycheck Protection Program, Economic Injury Disaster Loan, Express Bridge Loan, and/or Debt Relief decisions and amounts received. Final decisions made by the HANC Tuition Assistance Committee will be forwarded to applicants via email. Only families with children in Kindergarten - 12th Grade who do not have any past-due balances AND who have paid the applicable Tuition Assistance Application Fee may apply. The awarding of tuition assistance is not automatic. Families who received tuition assistance in 2022-2023 must re-apply. |
